So, this happened last Monday and this Monday feels about the same…but, that’s why we’re doing these link! Mondays need bettering…apparently in the form of carbs and meatballs and cheesy things. PS, don’t judge me on that oven door…
Izzy made these Pumpkin Pancakes and those shots are so damn autumnal and moody…I’m smitten.
This Hot Cheesy Roasted Brussels Sprouts Dip from Closet Cooking has so many things I love…melty cheese AND roasted brussels, TRUE LOVE!
Sarah made this Potato and Thyme Pizza and those crispy potato edges…I can tell those are the money bits.
These Turkey Parmesan Meatballs from I Am a Food Blog are just too pretty…but not too pretty to eat, I’ll take the whole pan.
This Mini Meatball Pizza from Jessica has me convinced. I am always intrigued by meatballs on pizza…I mean, it’s like a meatball sub meets pizza and how can that be wrong?
These Black Bean Sloppy Joe’s from Baker by Nature are definitely going to be dinner one night, soon! I just need ’em in my life.
This Sausage and Pea Carbonarra from Drizzle and Dip is just so gorgeous! and it includes peas and carbs, two of my loves.
Again with the ice cream! Megan made Dark Chocolate Oreo Blizzard Ice Cream…ain’t nothin’ wrong with some chocolate on chocolate action.
Heather made these Pumpkin Butterscotch Chip Cupcakes, which not only sounds like the best flavor combo EVER…but those antlers. Too cute too handle.
My old home, Reno, scored the 9th spot on Livability’s 100 Best Places to Live. Even though it’s Vegas’ grittier, less glam, northern sister…it’s surrounded by mountains, Lake Tahoe is a short drive up said mountains, there’s big sky and lots of sunshine, it’s home to my alma mater, and there’s a lot of good food to be had…oh, and some of my favorite peeps live there.
This is the human behind Humans of New York. I love HONY for the perspective and insight into people it gives…and this video just makes me love this project even more.
My Most Meaningful Decision (or How I Went Completely Insane and Loved Every Minute of It) by Maxwell Tielman on Design Sponge is a great, relatable read. It reminds me of how I threw myself into my relationship with Sean when we were just 20-years-old, moving in and getting engaged and getting a puppy way sooner than anyone would have liked…and it was the best thing ever.
Molly went to Hedgebrook on Whidbey Island and it sounds like an amazing dream. I want to go to there.
I cannot wait to see The Grand Budapest Hotel after watching the trailer.
BuzzFeed has it right, Werewolf Bar Mitzvah IS the best Halloween song ever.
Have a good week, frens…don’t toss any cupcakes!

Great links, Cindy! I want to eat all of these things, with extra emphasis on that cheesy brussels sprouts dip and that dark chocolate oreo blizzard ice cream. I mean?! Have a mega fabulous week girl!

Awesome links – just opened most 🙂

Thanks for the mention, Cindy! If I had any of that pizza left, I would give it straight to you. Meanwhile, HOW GOOD DOES THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL LOOK?!?!?! So excited!

Such great links! I love them all!

I have been loving that series on Design Sponge too!

That picture made me cringe-laugh, because I’ve been there too many times. I recently lost half a tray of cookies, but then it turned out that the cookies were crappy anyway, so it wasn’t so bad 😉 Great links today!
