Rumchata Spiked Coffee

Hot coffee spiked with creamy horchata liqueur and rum, topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) hot, freshly brewed coffee
  • 1½ ounces rumchata liqueur
  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • 4 dashes black walnut bitters
  • whipped cream and cinnamon to top
Instructions
  1. Pour the coffee into a mug, stir in the liqueur, rum, and bitters. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
Regular bitters works in place of black walnut bitters.
