Ham and Jam Baguette
Serves: 1 sandwich
This easy sandwich gets a punch of sweet and salty flavor from apricot jam and prosciutto, while zingy mustard, peppery arugula, and creamy camembert provide balance.
  • 1 demi baguette
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 3 thin slices camembert cheese
  • 3 thin slices proscuitto
  • 1 small handful arugula leaves
  1. Slice the demi baguette in half lengthwise. Spread one half with the mustard and the other half with the jam. Layer on the camembert, prosciutto, and arugula. Cut in half on a bias and enjoy!
You could sub ham for the prosciutto or brie for the camembert. Any jam you like is great on this, particularly flavors you'd like to see on a cheese plate (fig would be delicious)!
