Strawberries and Burrata

  • 6-8 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2-4 ounces burrata cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped into ribbons or torn
  • salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic glaze
  • crusty bread or crackers
  1. Arrange the strawberries and burrata on a plate. Sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
You can find burrata near the fresh mozzarella in the specialty cheese case at most grocery stores. Burrata is a ball of mozzarella stuffed with shreds of mozzarella mixed with cream.
