I’m obsessed with homemade tortilla recipes and love doing taste tests. I make my gf ones with brown rice flour, but I keep experimenting with oil vs. shortening. What do you think? Inquiring minds want to know.
Terris, I bet those brown rice flour ones are great. I usually go with olive oil or other vegetable oil, but I have never tried it with shortening.
