OK, I have the exact same tub of gochujang. HOW DO YOU USE IT? My Korean friend is all “just slather it onto/into stuff” but I haven’t been daring enough yet.
Kelsy, one of my favorite ways to use it is stirred into fried rice and top with an over-easy egg. It’s a nice introduction to gochujang. It can be used to flavor all sorts of things, think of it as a miso-esque spicy condiment.
I love yo nails gurl!
thanks girllll.
