I’d Eat That is a weekly feature where I share things I’d eat from around the internet, as well as things I’ve shared here and elsewhere.
1980’s Satin Ruffle Pillow Inspired Heart Cake–this cake is AMAZING. I definitely had a ruffled heart pillow on my bed as a child (my bedspread was multi-pastel hearts and I wish I still had it). Brings me back.
Cake Batter Macarons–macarons are already the cutest, the sprinkles take them over the top!
Candy Heart Cupcakes–these are also adorbs, but Michelle also talks about being fearless with your feelings. College-me needed this advice!
Heart-Eye Emoji Patterned Cake Roll–this cake is just too good! I kind of want one with the super-frowny emoji b/c that guy is my spirit animal.
Rosé Champagne Mojitos–there’s champagne syrup in these! I also am kinda dying over the photos, I have a thing for cocktails pictures.
A Dozen Rose Cupcakes–when I first saw these I thought those were roses were real!
Beet Pomegranate Cocktail–I’d so drink this. The color is lovely and it’s reminding me of a cocktail from Broder, here in PDX, that I love to get when we go to brunch.
Mexican ABC Soup–I want to make this for lunch for Casper and myself!
Coconut Confetti Cake–I love the idea of a coconut cake smashed with a confetti cake. Genius.
Chocolate Pound Cakes with Matcha Glaze–I’m totally mesmerized by that glaze and those swirls!
Around here:
The Love Spell–the lightly floral, fruity, pinky-purple cocktail you should probably make for Valentine’s Day.
Vietnamese-Inspired Noodle Salad with Chicken & Mint–the first recipe in my new Lovely Lady Lunch series!!
Over at Betty’s:
3-Ingredient Fro-Yo Bites–super easy, chocolate covered treats!
Raspberry-Ganache Cookie Bites–these are SO addicting and so simple to put together.
Thanks for the cocktail love! I’ve wanted everything that I’ve seen on the internet this week. So many gorgeous Valentine’s Day themed drinks and desserts going around! I hope you have a lovely weekend, friend! Cheers!
So many good things!! Thank you for sharing!
Thanks for the link love! And I feel like my spirit emoji is the one that’s like side eye-ing/smirking. lol lol lol
