I’d Eat That

April 15, 2016 by Leave a Comment

I’d Eat That is a weekly feature where I share things I’d eat from around the internet, as well as things I’ve shared here and elsewhere.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Cupcakes–dat swirl!

Tres Leches Donuts–with dulce de leche icing!!!

Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Mousses with Plums and Hazelnut Cookies–these look incredible! Those plums, man.

Easy Chicken Enchiladas–just 8 ingredients away from dinner. YES.

Roasted Spiralized Carrot, Feta, and Toasted Walnut Salad–those tendrils!

Amaretto Bourbon Punch–I LOVE amaretto. I am so into this.

Passionfruit Curd Pie–this sounds so delicious and looks so gorgeous!

Shrimp Salad–this easy recipe sounds so good! I bet it’d be awesome in a lettuce cup during summer.

Marzipan Stuffed Almond Sugar Cookies–love marzipan and almond anything.

Thai Springrolls with Cashew Dipping Sauce–YES! Love the idea of a cashew sauce.

Spicy Paloma Recipe–I love a Paloma and this one packs a hit of spice!

Around here:

Chorizo and Pepper Jelly Breakfast Sandwich–so much flavor and texture! Plus, melty cheese and a runny yolk.
