I’d Eat That is a weekly feature where I share things I’d eat from around the internet, as well as things I’ve shared here and elsewhere.
Cream Cheese Berry Tart–so pretty and simple and perfect!
The Apperitivo with Strawberry and Chamomile–this cocktail is so lovely! I love shrubs (sweetened, fruit drinking vinegar) and this combination sounds amazing.
Rosemary Chicken Salad with Avocado and Bacon–this is going on next weeks meal plan!
Hazelnut Cake with Creme Mousseline and Chocolate Buttercream–is there a more enticing combination of food words? Probably not.
A Very Simple Chocolate Cake–sometimes (aka all the times) you just need a simple, perfect, sprinkle-covered chocolate cake.
Lemon Brioche Pull-Apart Bread–YES. I made a lemon pull-apart years ago, but this version leveled-up with brioche!
Peanut Butter Coconut Protein Bites–the struggle IS REAL when it comes to getting Casper to eat protein. He’s way into carbs and not so into protein. I am not about tricking him into eating more protein in the form of these bites.
Pickled Eggplant Meditarranian Bowl–I only recently realized I kind of love eggplant and I always love when dinner is in a bowl (b/c then I get to eat in front of the TV like a gd heathen).
Around here:
Brown Butter Rhubarb Cream Cheese Muffins–a mouthful, but so delicious!
Strawberries and Burrata–SO EASY. SO GOOD.
At Betty’s:
Copycat Nature Valley Oats n Honey Bars–these are seriously so good. Like, addictive!
Skinny Key Lime Pie Magic Bars–a little lighter and zestier than the traditional Magic Bar.
This is a delicious round up of recipes!
