I’d Eat That is a weekly feature where I share things I’d eat from around the internet, as well as things I’ve shared here and elsewhere.
HELLO! We made it to Friday! It’s felt like a long week, even though nothing extraordinary happened. I posted this Marsala Pound Cake on Monday and I almost wish I hadn’t sent the bulk of it to Sean’s office–but, it’s probably for the best so I didn’t eat ALL THE CAKE. It’s a good one and you could easily sub another alcohol (rum or bourbon would be delish!) or even citrus juice for the marsala wine. Side note: I made the background I used in the photos (it took me forever, ha) and I am loving how it turned out. I wanted something blushy and pink but not pepto-pink.
Fried Chicken Sandwich with Pickled Ramps–I have a thing for fried chicken sandwiches. That thing is, I love them.
Three Cheese Plantain Crust Pizza–I am so intrigued by this slightly sweet crust, plus it looks like you can pick it up like traditional pizza!
Key Lime Pie Pop Tarts–YES! Why are there not more citrus pop tarts?
Aloha Rilakkuma Cookies–admittedly, I am not super familiar with the character, Rilakkuma, but cute Hawaiian bear cookies? ADORBS.
Toasted Sesame and Sweetened Condensed Milk Bundt Cake–oh, man. This cake is calling to me. I mean, anything condensed milk calls to me.
Mint Chocolate Chip Macarons–these are a dream! I watched Adrianna make these on Snapchat and they turned out so beautifully!
Fluffernutter and Banana Stuffed French Toast–Sean would be way into this. Maybe a Father’s Day breakfast idea?
Persian Chopped Salad–this kind of salad is one of my favorite things ever, super fresh and crunchy!
Mexican Grilled Corn Salad–Yusss! Esquites, aka, easier to eat Elote, aka Mexican Corn Salad. I could eat the entire bowl.
Merry Berry Cake–the springiest cake!
Have a great weekend!!
Key lime pop tarts??? Yes please!

Heeeeeey! Thanks for the shout out!! Also, I MUST make the fried chicken sammich with pickled ramps. Ramps are finally coming down in price, so my fridge is filled with them.
