I’d Eat That

September 4, 2015 by Leave a Comment

Hello! It’s Friday and almost the weekend and I am bringing you guys something NEW! Well, new-ish. I used to have a links post called “Links for a Better Monday” and it was all sorts of things from the internets that caught my eye, but it was on Monday and that just doesn’t work anymore since A) I let it die many months ago (like my cilantro plant in the backyard) and B) I post a recipe on Mondays now and I felt like Fridays needed some fleshing out around here (sorry I said “fleshing out,” gross).

Anywhizzle (<<who am I?!), I’mma post a buncha links from the bloglands that are food related up in this space every week. You guessed it, things that I’D EAT. I hope to include a fun image above that reflects my sentiments on aforementioned edibles and hopefully you’ll find some delicious things for your eyeballs and maybe even a new blog or two to follow! I might do a little small talk here and there, but I’ll try to keep it under control and not hijack your brain with ramblings.

LET’S DO DIS.

Loaded Bahn Mi Sweet Potato Fries–SURE! I mean, that egg…

Zucchini Corn and Green Bean Salad–because summer’s not over.

Erin’s Dad’s Pork Ribs–Sean’s rib game is strong (he smokes them!) but, this marinade sounds amazing.

Vegan Brownies of Your Dreams–makes me want to actually try a bean brownie (it’s a BFD).

Baked Alaska–so retro, so pretty.

Belgian Buttermilk Waffles with Roasted Peaches & Mascarpone–my waffle iron bit the dust this week 🙁

Bacon Tomato Basil Breakfast Pasta–PASTA, BREAKFAST, SKILLET!

Pineapple Chorizo Rice Bowls–all of this, YES.

Matcha Teaffogato–I’m not the world’s biggest matcha fan but, I feel the tide turning.

Mini Spicy Chicken Meatloaf–I love meatloaf, I love mini, I love spicy.

Tarragon Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers–heart eyeballs!

Brown Rice Bowl with Lentils, Caramelized Onions, & Fried Egg–b/c I love mujadara & harissa.
